Can I upgrade my membershiop tier any time?

Yes. You can upgrade to a higher tier at any time and access will be extended immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

What is the difference between Performance and Mastery tiers?

Performance is a comprehensive self-directed clinical membership — certifications, advanced education, quarterly masterclasses, and the full resource library. Mastery adds direct strategic engagement with OTA faculty: practice audits, one-on-one planning sessions, revenue optimization support, and marketing assistance. It is a partnership, not just a membership.

Is the Mastery tier available to any clinic that applies?

Mastery is available by application and is intentionally kept to a limited number of clinic partnerships. This ensures we can deliver the depth of support we promise. We will let you know if there is availability when you apply.

Do I need to have completed OTA training to become a member?

No. Membership is open to any licensed medical professional. However, completing an OTA training program — such as Fast Track or an IV Masterclass — will significantly enhance the value you get from the membership resources.

Do members receive discounts on live trainings?

Yes — Growth tier and above receive discounted pricing on OTA live training programs including Fast Track, Neural Therapy, and IV Masterclasses. Priority registration is also extended to active members.
